Maintenance-free and many safe miles
The chain is hidden behind the closed chaincase, which protects the chain from rain and dirt. The gears are also concealed in the Shimano hub and require virtually no maintenance. The hydraulic disc brakes (also Shimano) are of the highest quality and only need some attention at the annual maintenance. This way you cycle, in between annual maintenance, without worries.
